So it’s still the beginning of the year and new years resolutions are still in swing. And after all of that yummy chocolate covered everything you get for Valentine’s Day is eaten, you need some motivation to get back to the gym. I’ll be honest, I would rather sit at home and eat more candy and chips than go to the gym. Here is my fitness inspiration board to hopefully keep you inspired this month!
Today at the gym and home:
-3 water bottles (cold water)
-25 minutes on the elliptical
-3 sets of 25 regular crunches
-3 sets of 25 stability ball crunches
-3 sets of 25 row boats with 5 lbs weights
-3 45 second planks
-1/2 cup of cottage cheese
-2 scrambled eggs
-1/2 glass of skim milk
-Handful of strawberries
-1 cup of sliced chicken breast
